PAYMENT

Because of the nature of our business we serve ONLY B2B requests.
We are NOT USING A RETAIL SHOPPING Cart, nor we are retailers, our AUTOMATED QUOTE CART is a way to facilitate importers, distributors and traders with their requests, in an easy and fast manner. As per such, minimum quantities are applied, depending on each product, if you work with mix containers, you can also request a quote from us. For regular business our procedure is as follows:

After we receive your request for quote, we send a Proforma Invoice with all the needed information. Including shipping and payment terms, normally these terms will be FOB, FOR, or EXW but you can request CIF as well.
Unless otherwise specified wire transfer will be payment terms, 30% in advance, and when the goods are ready to ship, the 70% balance. Complete details are in the PI.

SHIPPING FROM ORIGIN

Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing plants( in the country of origin), as a result shipping is quoted upon request.
Prices are quoted FOB origin or otherwise agreed. You are free to use our shipping services or your own freighter.

SHIPPING DOMESTIC (US sole)

Products that are already in one of our US warehouses, are shipped from location, so shipping and handling prices will be quoted accordingly upon ordering, and depend on the destination.

RETURNS

Warranties: Each product carries a specific warranty and RMA percentage, that will be specified in the PI.
